[HacktionLab] can we recommend crabgrass still? is the current version being maintained?

Hi there,

I don't know a lot about the code of crabgrass but someone mentioned to
me that they don't think we should recommend it as reliable as they are
working on the new code rather than fixing bugs in the existing one.

I can't work out what the existing version is from this.

Does anyone here have an opinion? It would be good to know.
