if you're after a new blog, go for the way Alan suggested, otherwise the
contact email address listed on the Help page of the N23 site is
dev23 at lists.riseup.net - also that domain privacy email would probably
get through to someone, but that's not at all the best way to get in
touch with those that run it on a day-to-day basis.
