Hi,

The people who make jwplayer have a hosting service
http://www.longtailvideo.com/sign-up. I don't know if it is any good.
There's no restriction on how you licence your video. You need to add a
bit of javascript to an html page. You can still provide an iframed
version for bloggers.

There won't be as many potential viewers as there are on youtube of course.

I guess you'd need to host the srt files somewhere, but they aren't much
bandwidth compared to a movie.
