I'm ccing in the Hacktionlab list as this is generally useful info.

Most of the longer sessions are encouraged to be on Friday while we
still have a good attention span!
Heath has stepped up to co-ordinate the Forest School which is great.

As for the multitude of other workshops which are up on the site or
still bubbling away on the list and in people's brains. This is yet to
be set down in a timetabled way.

I propose that we have a session to create the programme for the weekend
on Friday afternoon when people have had a chance to arrive and add
their last minute proposals at the BarnCamp welcome desk.
We have done this in the past and it has worked well.

I wanted to write this down as it would be good to get a 2-3 volunteers
to help the process of working out a Workshop time table and to  run the
welcome desk along on Thursday afternoon and Friday. It's not a hard job
and does mean you get to meet people.
