Duct Tape University is an exciting five week, digital storytelling,
summer school which aims to equip learners with the skills to tell
stories about themselves, their work, their communities and the issues
they care about through social media, blogging, audio and video
production. It is ideal for people who want to learn new skills as well
as those who want to develop their existing skills and pass them on to
others.

The course runs on 5 Wednesdays in July and August from 10.30 - 2.30 pm.
The dates are 23 and 30th of July, 20th and 29th August and 3rd
September. You will ideally need to be free for all session dates.
We are also looking to get a mix of people on this course with different
backgrounds and levels of computer use.

This course will help develop an online resource of learning material
for teachers and learners. If you are an educator who would be able to
give us feedback, we would encourage you to apply for the course. The
resulting online-learning site will be open to all at
http://ducttapeuni.org and will be used for CAN's artists DO I.T.

Participants will need to be be able to have working knowledge of spoken
and written English and basic computer skills. There is small budget to
cover travel expenses and lunch costs for those who need it. If you are
