Can't offer very much time, but I could do a weekend sprint or something.

Bootstrap is pretty nice. There is also http://foundation.zurb.com/
which is much the same. I've only used bootstrap.

We use it on newint.org, it works fine but see below.

They reveal all the usual logging stuff from your users to the service
provider and they aren't Free software.
