Hi All,

Here's a plan for HacktionLab this year:

Start Saturday morning with introductions. Then put forward some open
space/bar camp/birds of a feature (call it what you like) suggestions
for break out sessions on Saturday morning and Sunday.

For the afternoon on Saturday I propose we focus on doing a drop-in
clinic / workshop for the local community on encryption and privacy.

To do this, start with a presentation (I have one called Prism and the
Dark Side of the Net, which I'm happy to do) to set the scene, possibly
show some film instead of and then work in the cafe to get people set up.

Who would be up for getting people set up for the afternoon?

To promote this more public part we've done a little flyer for it, which
you can see at:

And for the whole event we have this... the front:

And the back:

Do print out copies and distribute them or make posters to help promote it.

Do also email the list with your thoughts on any of this, more ideas,
objections to the plan, alternative suggestions, whatever..... be good
to get this settled before the end of the month methinks.

Cheers,

Mike.
