[HacktionLab] BarnCamp registration now open and workshop suggestions

Hi All,

Thanks for the workshop suggestions Clara, the offer of reprogramming 
the site in Scala Yossarian, and general offers of cleaning, talking and 
drinking Gareth :)  I've added Clara's workshop ideas to the Wiki page -

- perhaps you can flesh them out a little.

If anyone else who's coming has go some ideas, please add them to that 
page.

On the subject of coming, the good news is that the sign-up site is now 
open for business, so get on over there and get signed up.
