[HacktionLab] Highbury Farm web site and email live

Hi All,

Thanks to a few Hacktionlabbers at BarnCamp and after I'm pleased to say
that Highbury Farm finally has a new web site and their own domain and
email.  I think we've been aiming to sort this out for them for most of
the BarnCamps in existence, so it's good to have this done finally :)
