Sorry crossed with my post.
This is a good point. Ironically the venue has good disabled access if
you can get to it.

I think we'll struggle to find anywhere else to house us at a reasonable
price or see if there's someone with a rugged vehicle that is coming?
But shall we make a concerted effort to do that for the rest of the week?

If that doesn't work maybe we can find other spaces for people who would
struggle with this walk.
