[HacktionLab] Winter HacktionLab dates

Hi All,

Thanks to those of you that have completed the quiz about the
HacktionLab dates.

It looks very clear thus far that the dates will be Saturday and Sunday
the 5th and 6th December.

I propose that we move to confirm those dates and let Mick confirm the
workshop and crash spaces.  We can then announce it formally and put it
about on our web site.
