[HacktionLab] BarnCamp 2017 website up

Hi All,

Charlie’s fixed the web site and got a holding page up whilst we work on the content for next year:

https://barncamp.org.uk

I’ve created a quick skeleton Wiki page for the event by copying 2015’s page:

https://hacktionlab.org/hacktionlab/index.php/BarnCamp

As I said, it would be good to have a volunteer or volunteers to get the wiki page into shape.
