Hi,

what I would love to see:

a workshop on how to set up a kitchen like that: what to think off
besides cooking food, but tips like not calling everybody to wash their
own plate in luke warm water, but better getting a few people with clean
hands and hot water at a time...

- At least that was probably the most important thing I learned that
weekend myself -
