Some people are organising a cryptoparty in Newcastle on May 22nd.

The publicity materials aren't ready yet, but this is a call-out for
potential volunteers to save the date and contribute to the
preparations on-line.

We're organising with support from Newcastle Libraries and the Open
Rights Group (North East). The library has done some great work
recently on Digital Commons, and we think that ORG's work on digital
rights is complemented by the cryptoparty DIY approach of teaching
people how to improve their own privacy.

Actions to take now:

 - join the ORG NE mailing list, which we're using for coordination
