[HacktionLab] Replicant/Android Upgrade Help?

http://replicant.us/ is basally CM but with only libre firmware and
drivers :).

got a samsung s9100 was running replicant 4.2 which i had installed prev
successfully. Tried to update to replicant 6.0 but on flashing the
recovery it fails. still boots into prev recovery. so nor does
installing 6.0 zip work. :( kinda stuck.

did have the error log written in a paste bin but cant find the link :|

If someone could help me at barncamp that would be brill! :D
