-- in the past I've used a notebook and pen, but that's part of the root 
of not being able to decentralise organisation away from yours truly (I 
should have just digitised my notebook and pen).  Perhaps an online 
Kanban-style tool, like Trello, would do the trick in a lightweight 
manner?
