Hi,

as someone suggesting solutions to clients, if I had suggested Drupal  
to someone who couldn't afford it's maintenance, I would consider it  
to be my fault.

If you are suggesting Drupal because "it's a fine we application" but  
without thinking "is this sustainable for the people using it", then  
that's the fault of person suggesting it.

If we present a "solution", then we also need to present it's TCO. If  
you haven't done that, you can't expect users to know.
