Hi all,

I never reached the BarnCamp sign up stage (let alone paying :-) since I
knew quite early I wouldn't make it - to my great regret. That the camp
was cancelled in the end is no consolation. And now I am very curious
about the result of the enquiry.

In September (18-22) I shall be going to a small hackerscamp in Venezia:

https://www.endsummercamp.org/index.php/Main_Page

(free, far too close to the airport, rotten gender (non-)parity, and
awful food (for Italian standards ;-). but still ...

... I'll have a talk about my fav subject: small camps (like BarnCamp)
vs big camps (like ChaosComputerCamp.de). If you have some arguments pro
or contra/ why or why not - or whatever, I am curious about that too!

Cheers to all from 'Laibach' (Ljubljana)
p+2D!
