[HacktionLab] VisualEditor added to our website

Hi all,

I put VisualEditor onto our wiki (after lengthy upgrade process). All
looking good. Visual editing appears to be default for new pages, but
you may have to switch. The pencil icon to the right allows switching
editors. Glad to have this installed and I'm hoping it'll empower the
wiki shy to contribute.
