[HacktionLab] Pad for workshops? was Re: Hi to new folks, and recap of basic info

Hi there

I wanted to make a suggestion to do a pad for provisional workshop 
ideas  - just to make it easier to put evolving ideas into it for 
collaboration. It also helps if anyone doesn't have Wiki access.
