Hi Billy,

Thanks for the offer.  It's not really a festival but rather a 
workshop/gathering.  We definitely have speakers for one room during the 
day for people that wish to play videos for their talks, that sort of 
thing.  I also have a PA that I could bring, but I imagine we won't 
require it.  I think probably some additional powered speakers would do 
rather than a whole PA.

On this list @Naomi, @Gareth, @JC any of you guys thinking we'd need 
something like this?  Are we thinking something that would require it 
for evening entertainment.
