[HacktionLab] Themes for this autumn's gathering

I don't want to run anything but probably will up hosting something in the end (even if just to facilitate an open discussion).

I think there is lots to talk about in terms of the AI boom at the moment, all the negative things associated with it and how we respond to that.

Also something about the symbiotic relationship between the military industrial complex and tech would be good!
