[HacktionLab] Permacomputing

Hi!

I've pasted that into the Hackionlab wiki now, I've put the inline 
comments into the discussion page for that page.

The pad might be more useful for now, I thought I'd get something on the 
wiki for future readers.

I wasn't sure if I should add the pad link to the wiki as it might get 
spamtastic if I do, but let me know if you think that's a good idea.
