I used proton mail and cryptpad, both are pretty decent IMO.

Is this about right as a summary?
So it seems like this is a really easy and free option with Proton
Mail's google docs equivalent which seems really easy to get started with.
A harder / hardest option is doing a self hosted Next Cloud or similar
services.
Are there any middle options that are vaguely ethical that people would
suggest? Like a hosted/managed Next Cloud as part of a package? Having
hosted email lists would also be good.
