<div dir="auto">Well, it's used by several councils ( there's a list on the site)  that's to say the condition to be citizen of one of these councils is needed to have experience with it ( IMHO). <br><br></div>

<div dir="auto">Was your idea to propose it to be adopted by a city council of your knowledge? In this case, you're welcome to make contact with them, they're absolutely open to have their project spread around the world!<br><br></div>

<p dir="ltr">I've not used it but appears popular in the Spanish speaking countries, presumably as it's a Spanish originating project, but I can't imagine there is any good reason why it isn't more widely being used in other countries. Anyone got any experience with it?</p>
