I am not going to use snapchat & whatsapp BTW - but is that what people<br>

Got it working, now it's a bit more like news groups but with less<br>
control of what gets downloaded.<br>

I'll be short: Riot.im can easily bridge IRC and implementing etherpad in a central an ergonomic position can really do the trick (of getting people talk together to make plots to change existing rules)<br>
