[Haiti-London-Konbit] Clinton Apology

It just came to my attention that Bill Clinton recently made a public  
apology for destroying Haitian rice production during a US Senate  
Foreign Relations Committee meeting on March 20th.

It will be interesting to see what impact this apology has on the Post  
Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA) meeting which takes place in New York  
today.
