<b>The HAND Sustainability Infrastructure tour series continues in 2010!</b><br><br>I have contacted Kevin Williams at PBOT who has agreed to give a small group a tour of the <b>Columbia Boulevard Wastewater </b>treatment plant and other PBOT recycling facilities.<br>
