Yes the Royal Festival Hall, level 5 is it not?  where you can lok out over 
the tems and where yer mate Prince Chaz famously said it had the best view 
of london anywhere because you didn#t have to look at teh foyal festival 
hall ha ha

Well yes it is a bit far south but the advantage is you can hear ourselves 
talking and you can bring your own food and drink
