[LAF] Not the LAF knees up

  its ok to use 5.00 Black Cat money
  If we want to book a room in future the cost should only be 17.00
  so 15.00 should be plenty so if we compromise and use £5.00 from there that would be ok with me
  Are you going to get any drink, I will bring some cups and plates(paper)
  plus at least one bottle of some thing non alcoholic
  This would also bea good opportunity- depending on who turns up
  to discuss LAF/BC projects for next year
  Have sent it out on my list
