I have been sent a Booking Form for the AB which should be attached as below
(Apparantly they sent me a hard copy but |Ive not checked the Box for a couple of days
so if he sent it before that it must have gone astray) 
Anyway  if you intend to hold meetings at this years event you had best
think about the speakers/topics and book early

By now most of you should have received a booking form for this years London Anarchist Bookfair along with a few leaflets. But, in case the post doesn’t get through; or we have the wrong address for you; or many other reasons, we are also attaching both a booking form.
 
You can either post it back to us c/o Freedom Bookshop with cash or cheque (made payable to Anarchist Bookfair) or go onto our website and download the form. This can then be emailed to us at: mail at anarchistbookfair.org  and you can pay via paypal on the website as well.  Meetings and stalls are not confirmed until we have the cash – sorry.
 
As the bookfair becomes bigger and better more and more people want stalls and meetings. We try to give everybody what they ask for, but we can’t always manage this. Please bear with us. Also, as anarchism becomes more of a threat we can get all manner of requests. So, just to re-state our position. The bookfair is to promote anarchism, anarchist groups, anarchist theory and practice, and fellow travellers. If your stall or meeting doesn’t fit into these broad criteria we may refuse your request. If you think this may be you – please contact us first before sending any money and forms. Cheers.
 
Over the last couple of years we have tried to make the venue and bookfair more appealing for people with a range of disabilities. We are still learning and the progress isn’t fast, but we are trying. Hopefully soon we will have a page on the website about what we are doing. But, one of the comments we got is that for people with mobility issues and those needing touch typing to hear meetings, having one meeting right after the last can be a real pain. So, we are making meetings 50 minutes instead of the normal 1 hour. We ask facilitators and those organising meetings to bear this in mind, and finish their meetings 10 minutes before the hour. This way comrades with certain constrains can participate more. Please help us with this – even if you are just in a meeting.
 
Lastly, publicity. We have loads of leaflets and posters. If you can help publicise the event we can get as many of these to you as you need. Again, email us at mail at anarchistbookfair.org and we will get them to you. There are only a few of us in the collective, so we really need help with this. Could we also ask that you put a link to our website on yours.
