I can see a great deal of interest on the revolution topic at the bookfair, and its a straight forward topic, but it might be seen as too general for people to turn up to a small LAF meeting for it, while decentralisation might be easier to talk about at the LAF as we can fine tune this complicated issue with up to a dozen people say, but not with 50 odd at the bookfair?

Either would be fine with me, but here are my thoughts:
1. There is a chance that we will get non-anarchist response to 'what is
revolution'. Is it beneficial? I think it may be, but may also end up with 'i'm
a better radical than you' propaganda.
2. There is a chance that people who we'd really want to turn up for 'what is
revolution' will not do so at the book fair because of conflicts with other
talks and also because the topic is too simplistic-sounding. This of course can
be resolved by wording it in the way that is clear... perhaps even stating
out-right that we are not about pushing our idea onto people and that this is a
'uniting' meeting... or something like this.
3. I suggest that we decide on what we are doing within a week. This way we can
advertise (even if not in the complete way). At the end of the day if we make an
early decision it will be a more successful meeting regardless of what decision
it is. (I know that i am one of the people who procrastinates too much, it's
more of the statement of the dedication from me than criticism of others).
