[LAF] Bookfair Update

Unfortunately there is very little likelihood that i'll make it back to UK in 
time. University and ATAS (anti-terrorist academic branch of gov't) are dragging 
their feet on giving me any documents that i need, so as of now i haven't even 
applied for visa yet.
