In the video there is a piece of the "People's Court" proceedings, which have
resulted in a rapist being given the death penalty. What is not being
publicised as much is that in the same proceedings the order to the
paramilitary guards was given to arrest all the women who go to the bars and
night clubs.

The person who is speaking is a well known pro-russian combatant Aleksey Mozgovoy.

The translated quote:

"Woman must be the keeper of the house fire, a mother. And what sort of
mothers will they become after bars? Who will they raise (as children)? What
examples can they provide?.. If you want to remain true and faithful to your
husband, then stay at home and do cross stitching.

"The patrols will receive a special order: to arrest all maidens (women), who
will be found in bars. Then we'll see how you'll be singing. Sit at home, make
some patties, celebrate eighth of march.
