<p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Thanks Steve. For 'socials', any one of these venues would suit me fine. Also all 3 are easy to get to. When it comes to talks/debates however, I find the pub/café atmosphere distracting. After all they were never intended to host a group of brainy folks trying to follow one of them rambling thru her notes. Also if I hv to part with a few coins, I prefer to give them to FP (but that's because I'm happy to drink instant coffee!). That's me. What do others think? Remember we are only deciding for period until year end.

<p style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial">I'm sure none of us will be able to attend all events twice a month. Whatever the day chosen, we'll hv other things interfering. What's at stake here is choosing a day that will allow building a critical mass of participants. Saturday afternoon is not ideal, but probably better than say Sunday. Again, we can reschedule in January.
