While non-hierarchical ways of doing things are great in theory, I found the
last meeting a little formal and exclusive (though it was by no means intended
to be so). Perhaps, having someone from a less political background to
co-facilitate could help.
I don't have the experience or confidence to facilitate a meeting. However, I
would offer help as a co-facilitator to maybe stop things becoming a little too
exclusive for those of us unused to meetings.
