That would certainly help Nick though still the page would only be
updated once a week. My proposal meant that it would be updated
instantaneously.

I guess you shouldn't just cut n paste over the top as that would mean
anything that had been added not on your list would be deleted. So
it'd be more a case of filling in the gaps, deleting past events.

Ideally the way I'd like it to work is if you simply copied what was
on there when sending out your email and posted that out. This would
shift the responsibility from you to everyone being responsible for
their own event.
