The nearest things we have to a hacklab manifesto are in here

We might hold events, we may have projects, we may talk and dance too. Our
praxis is always changing to meet new challenges.

Each computer in the building has a unique number. Does the sequencing of those
numbers require ratification? The network topology ( is on the wall in the
hacklab ) could be different in many ways. Should it be changed ?

And yes, Forum software and CMS's are just engines to provide services, as a
cooker or a fridge do.

Rather debating systems that are currently good enough, I would be more
interested in solving problems like :-

How can we get money to buy ink for a printer and get a scanner working ?
How can we put together a file server to store music and video, so that they can
be streamed around the building?
Who will moderate and set topics on the new forums?

There is an immense amount of decision making going on all the time within and
without collectives. At what point does the whole building need to be
involved?

I'd trust the autonomist workers within the collectives ( ie those who are doing
things ) to just get on and do interesting stuff.

Well I don't do anything at MATILDA that I cannot afford to be destroyed - all
I lose is time. If there was a concerted enough campaign to destroy my work
and waste my time, I'd go somewhere else. And leave MATILDA to the wreckers.
