yes... the problem is that only one PC has a soundcard, and headsets would be
required for usage.  If anybody has headsets or soundcards ( PCI preferred )
then it would be easy to add Skype to a PC

If somebody can find the hardware then ...
Most of the PC's run Ubuntu.  Get the debian package from
http://www.skype.com/products/skype/linux/ and download

use synaptic to install it.

Skype isn't free ( as in libre ) software though, and still costs money if you
wish to call a landline, or receive calls from landlines.
