[matilda] supplemental on events

Well, I for one didn't know about it (though I haven't been to a meeting for 
a couple of weeks) or have forgotten about it if I ever did.

Who's working at it? Which rooms are being used? When does it go on till? 
Hopefully this is all sorted out (remember the min. 14 matilda people 
guideline?) and if not then surely a meeting needs to be arranged quickly to 
sort this one out?
