Not unworthy of political comments, since "excessive regulation" would
very likely follow certain activities involving certain groups in the
Sydney works premises.
But bureaucracy and their regulations should not stop an experimental
project. (i mean in a theoretical hypothetical framework [ALWAYS]).
If we talk about access for disabled persons, that means a pile of extra
regulations to comply with, unless done in an individual basis, out-of
-love so to speak (unless they come and go accompanied by another person
at their own risk).
Similarly with kids (under age criminals according to blunkett and
associates): a pile of regulations would crash matilda, banning almost
everything or viceversa (no smoking, no drinking no condons left on the
floor of the hacklab etc). Unless individual meetings are arranged by
the persons involved themselves, and a kind of mini-agreement may then
be proposed as a factual "reality" in order to reach the so-called
consensual decision.
Or am i being too abstract for the common folk?
