[matilda] cutting the bureaucracy

Amp you are always making negative comments about what you see as the
Matilda bureaucracy (which is in fact consensus decision making). Fair
enough - it's a slow and sometimes painful process.

But instead of being negative why not suggest how you would like to
see things done better, esp without a hierarchy.

Should anyone be able to organise a big party whenever they like, for
instance? That would surely lead the place getting trashed and being
used totally of control.

I would be interested to hear your thoughts about this. Anything that
could cut down meeting times (bureaucracy) would be great. But I just
don't know how that would work.
