[matilda] Draft Dissent Call Out

This is what I've written as the call out for Dissent. Changes or suggested 
changes would be appreciated, otherwise I will do what needs to be done to 
send it out.

Sorry for bailing out of the party after only being there for an hour but I 
was given some evil things which made me horribly sick. I didn't even get 
the chance to dance on them because I was vomiting all night
