A few thoughts...

The photos are very big. It would be worth resizing them to about
600px wide. Remember most people only have 1024x768 or even 800x600
screen resolutions.

These pics will also take ages to download for those using dial up.

I think the picture of the rat at the bottom is pointlessly offensive.

Also there's seems no point in creating new pages without any content.
It's irritating (more so for people with dial up connections).
