checking the minutes of the meeting (23.1.06) where we decided to deal
with
all big bad issues on alternate weeks it just says:

"Then followed a long rambing discussion on the new meeting structure.
Despite possible problems it was decided to try it and see. Because many
things are still left to be resolved there would be extra meetings
focusing
on specific long term issues like money, decision making, security etc."

do we need to discuss security?
do we need to discuss decision making?
these are genuine questions so I'm hoping for serious replies - has the
'decison making' discussion been overtaken by the new structure? steve
did
you put this on the agenda and want to make a case for it?
can anyone think of any other big bad issues that we need to discuss
constructively?
for example at the money meeting the question of raising money was
shelved -
should we deal with that now before it runs out?

if theres benefit to be gained from having a meeting I can offer to
facilitate but it'd be good to get its purpose sorted in the next day or
so.
Becky
