a guy who reckons a few shifts in a record shop means he knows it all
writes:

Richard Hawley is a Sheffield musician who found brief mid-90s fame with
the Longpigs, and was also in Pulp at some point, as apparently have
most of sheffield's guitarists been.  After something of a hiatus, his
music career was rejuvenated last year by the critical acclaim and
(relative) commercial success for the LP 'Coles Corner' (Mute), which
sounds nowt like his previous bands, being lugubrious, gentle, festooned
with strings, and quite romantic in its own way.

and nick sez...So i guess the pictures would be of this august
personage.  Impression i got was that the film was about musicians and
music from sheffield, current music i think, and RH is one a few people
she's going to interview, though not all at Matilda...and the film isn't
comissioned so may never get widely shown.

Well, that's what i thought she said anyway...
