Hi

Some notes from the meeting held this evening...

== Reports from collectives ==

* Cafe - they are sorry they took so much stuff away, lots
  of stuff is now back :-)

* Indymedia - starting to consider possible alternative
  venues for the July screenings if it's not possible to
  do the screenings at Matilda.

* Hacklab - if the eviction happens a lot of the kit will
  be abandoned, the plan is to just save the best kit.

* LGTB - no events planned till later in the summer,
  starting to consider alternative venues.

* Gig collective - direct action meeting on Thursday, lots
  of money was raised at the fundraiser on Saturday.

== Resisting eviction ==

Staying in the building till the eviction date was
discussed.

== YF ==

Contacting YF to see if a out-of-court agreement could be
reached was discussed and D said he would take this on.

== Thursday court case ==

=== Attendance at court ===

A couple of people said they might be prepared to attend
the hearing. The defence would need to be worked out in
advance and put in writing.

=== Court protest ===

A press release to go with a 10am protest was discussed.
And a call out for the protest outside court was discussed
D said he would take this on.

Banners and leaflets for the day were discused. J said he
would leaflet in advance in the CIQ.

=== Matilda ===

Worst case if they win the case and try to evict people
that day therefore people need to be in the building
during the court case, R volunteered. Communication
channels between people at Matilda and people in court
will be needed.

== Phone tree ==

This is needed for the people staying overnight, N is
sorting this out.

== Somewhere else? ==

There were some initial discussions about possible
alternative spaces.

== Next meeting ==

There will be a legal meeting tomorrow at

Chris
