A blank plywood board

Looks like a blank page

Where The Poem waits to be written

Like a blank music sheet

Or a cello player holding it to her bosom

The cello a baby, her child

Mute yet imploring

Mr. Tambourine play a song for me

Contains everything and nothing

Innocence means Chaos

Chaos means resurrection of the flesh

A painter’s senses to be awaken

To recreate the world again or just

A lullaby
