collectives can create their own pages under their home page.

(eg http://www.matilda.aktivix.org/collectives/hacklab/ is the hacklab home
page
and http://www.matilda.aktivix.org/collectives/hacklab/ltsp-workshop/ is a page 
beneath it. )

If the page has a "time-range component" ( is something related to dates ) on it
it automagically appears on the Matilda events page
