 On the weekend of 18-20 January there’s the Earth First! Treeplanting inCalderdale with Treesponsibility.   There’s noslave-driving, you work according to what feels right to you, andeverything you do is appreciated, . And don’t worry if you’re not self-identified as anEarth First! person. Nobody is anymore. If you want to plant trees, you’reas welcome as anyone. Accommodation is Widdop hostel, a camping barn. That’s a good stoutfarmhouse, but without beds so bring yer sleeping bag, rollmat, etc.All gorgeous vegan food provided - including fry-ups and cake! It’ll cost 25 quid for the weekend, all in – food, accommodation, lifts,everything (except beer, which will be good stuff for sale at the hostel). This work is outdoor stuff all day, so waterproof coat, trousers and bootsare essential. Pickups from Hebden Bridge station at 6pm and 8pm on Friday 18 January. Noneed to pre-book, just turn up. Drop offs again at about 5pm on Sunday. If you need picking up some other time, or are not coming by train, giveme a call during the week before on 0796 245 1762 Come and claim a bit of T2K glory!
